quite a lot & quite a bit两者的意思都表示“相当多”，强调数量或程度的多。具体用法如下：

1、当两者用来修饰名词时，不同于quite a few/little直接加名词，quite a lot & quite a bit必须在名词之前加介词of；其中quite a bit of只能修饰不可数名词，而quite a lot of 修饰可数（复数）或不可数名词都行，而且quite a lot在使用中更正式；
